Lets Go Skins \ I really want this win!!

Post by redskingush »

It's 8:17 am here in Beamsville, Ontario, CANADA im up and im ready 12 hours and 43 minutes to kickoff and I must say im pumped up. Going to play golf in Niagara Falls at the new John Daly Signature Course "Thundering Waters" with 2 Cowboy fans. I've got my skins golf shirt all pressed and looking sharp to with with skins hat not to mention bag and headcover. I am feeling good about gameday, if feeling a veteran like Bledsoe to have a Harrington, Culpepper day and the skins D and running game to trounce all over them cowboys. I hope everybody has a good day and even better evening. Dallas Day is here. 2-0 going to the bye baby. GO SKINS GO, GO SKINS GO, GO SKINS GO!!!!!!!!!!

I really want this win....

Post by JPM36 »

I just can't stand Dallas. I am so tired of hearing about how great they are, even though they would be 0-1 right now if Antonio Gates hadn't been suspended for that game last week. I am so, so tired of losing to a team that is no better than we are. I am so tired of fatass Parcells being touted as the best coach in NFL history while Joe Gibbs gets bashed by the media week in and week out. Anyways, here is a list of people I really want to win this game for:

I want this win for Joe Gibbs, who has been the subject of so much unfair criticism during his 2nd tenure in Washington, and could finally shut people up by winning at Dallas.

I want this win for my little brother, who is 15 years old, a rabid Redskins fan, and cannot remember winning a game in Texas Stadium. That is sad.

I want this win for Jan Jansen, who had to miss the entire 2004 season after suffering through a ridiculous passing offense with Spurrier for 2 years, and is gutting it out with 2 broken thumbs tonight. If he gets called for holding I am going to need to be restrained from breaking my TV.

I want this win for Dan Snyder. I have never been Danny's biggest fan, but I know that he hates Dallas as much as I do. Nothing would make him happier than winning on MNF, in Dallas, against the Cowboys. He has endured so much criticism since he bought the team. He deserves this win.

I want this win for all the haters out there. They know who they are. I read their crap everywhere. Nobody wants to give the Redskins any credit. During the offseason I hear about teams like the Lions or Cardinals and how they are playoff sleepers. Yeah, they have looked great so far. Nobody ever gives the Redskins any credit, never gives them the benefit of the doubt. I am sick of it. I want this win to shut them up, and so that they will be forced to finally give the Redskins their due.

Most of all I want this win for all the loyal Redskins fans out there. People like myself, my dad, my brother, and so many of you on this board. Redskins fans have been through a lot of heartbreak in recent years, especially in divison games, and ESPECIALLY vs. Dallas. We deserve this win tonight. I don't care how ugly it is. I don't care if the refs give it to us the way they gave it to the Cowboys last year. I don't care what it takes. I just want this WIN so badly.....If there is any justice in this world we will win this game tonight.

Who do you all want this win for?
R.I.P. Christopher Wallace (May 21, 1972 - March 9, 1997)

R.I.P. Sean Taylor (April 1, 1983 - November 27, 2007)

I'm not sure who I want this for, but I'd give my left nut for it, that's for sure. Not my right...I'm a bit preferential to the right one.

I really want this win bad, because I'd hate to be the lone guy in a packed hall with a Brunell jersey on, should we lose.

On the other hand, I'll be beeming with pride, should the Redskins be on top, once the game clock finally reads 0:00.

BEAT DALLAS!!!

I want this one so bad tonight I have a couple of buddies that are cowboy fans. All they say is we beat you everytime but I don't think so this year were a better team. If we avoid turnovers and play good defense we will be fine.

LOL...Yes she is very good looking as a matter of fact:) The kicker is that the rest of her entire family (Grandparents, Uncles, Aunts, etc) all live in and cheer for Philadelphia!! Sometimes I wonder what I got myself into;)

I want this win for all the poser columnists out there that pile on the hate and are so blind they cannot see the progress this team has made under Gibbs.

I want this win for all the antsy young Skins fans who think the only way to win a game is throw the ball fifty times a game, fans who've never seen true Skins football--domination through complete control of the line of scrimmage.

I want this win for Buges and his boys.

Please post more often. We need more people with this point of view to balance things out.

I want this win for all the stupid sport-writers that seem to get their opinions out of a cracker-jack box, especially Paul Woody at the Richmond Times-Disgrace, oops I mean Dispatch (If anyone in the Richmond, VA area read his picks in the Sundays paper you know what I'm talking about).

I also want this for all the skins fans in my family who are sick and tired of all the Dull-A** fans in my family runnin their traps.

Man this post has got me fired up!!!

BEAT THE COWPIES!!!!!!!!
