This week's cartoon...

Post by BossHog »

... is posted.

Week two of the cartoons, and this week we come up against our old arch-rival Dallas Cowboys.

You may or may not know that on Fan Appreciation Day, Joe Gibbs did in fact call Cowboys fans ugly in front of thousands of people. We thought it would be fun to do something on that and so we present to you... U-G-L-Y!

There is a link to the Cartoons section in the permanent left-side navigation of the site, a link from the main page of the website in the TV, and there is also a link to the Cartoons in the drop down box at the top of every page of the message boards.

This cartoon was put together by the THN 'Toon Staff:
BH - Animation, Sound, Graphics
BTP - Concept, Graphics
JansenFan - Voices
Nc43Hog - Graphics

This is our longest cartoon ever and was a lot of work to get done in a week, so enjoy... have a laugh... send it to your friends (especially the Cowboy fans), and don't expect a 2:45 short film every week.
Sean Taylor was one of a kind, may he rest in peace.

Thanks for all your hard work putting the toon together. I'm not so sure the cowboys fans I know would understand the video, though.

Yeah, I remember hearing that as a cheer on some football movie a long time ago (can't remember anything other than it being a ghetto high school with a terrible team, and they miraculously turned it around, it should be easy to remember with a unique plot like that!)

No... the song is from Bring It On

Although, the original cheer was in Wildcats!

That is great.....only one problem....

When I clicked the button that says "Share with a Friend" - it doesn't do anything....and I really would like to send it to a couple people (Cowboys Fans) - I know...I shouldn't associate with them...but I've known these people a long time.

When you click on that "Send to Friend" button... you should get a pop-up window that let's you fill in a person e-mail address...

If you're not getting that, you've probably got some type of pop-up blocker turned on... you can either go through and find how to allow THN to not be blocked... or you can just send them this link:

http://www.the-hogs.net/Flash/Cartoons/2005/cowboys.php

hope that helps... :)
