Yeah that pissed me off too! Those refs were paid off or they just hate the Redskins.

Nevermind......this happens to other teams too. The NFL is the worst officiated sport in the World.

Brown was held out of the first punt that came after he botched the fumble. I wonder was that a sort of punishment for his fumble earlier. If so, that's a good message to send to the players. If you turn the ball over, you may not play the rest of the game.

Also:

When Portis broke into the secondary on that long run I was so sure he was going to the house -- a la' Bucs game last year. Putting on those pounds was necessary for our running game but I couldn't help but think he would have gotten to Baltimore on that play without the extra weight.

Portis actually said that he stumbled coming out of the back field which resulted in him not being able to turn on the afterbuners. He said that if he hadn't stumbled coming out of the backfield, it would have been a footrace, and one that he would have won.

This is vintage Portis, and stuff that I think we'll see a lot more of this year. When he was in Denver he was notorious for getting 3, 4, and 5 yard gains before busting a substantial one for 50, 60, or 70 yards, which resulted in his average per carry being somewhere around 5.
Sit back and watch the Redskins.

SOMETHING MAGICAL IS ABOUT TO BEGIN!

It wasn't Jimoh. It was Omar Stoutmire.

Which wasn't? The one who was burned? Or the one who caused the "fumble?"

The fumble... #23 Stoutmire was in on that play. I only heard Jimoh's name mentioned when he was on special teams.

For you Jimoh people out there, he wears 32 now.

I put "people" instead of "haters". Just thought it would be more PC. :)
