Draft

Post by SteamRollingRiggo »

Hey Guys,

As much as I would hate to see P-Ram get traded look at it this way.....If he goes we get a #1 pick for him and if bailey goes we get at least a #1 and a #2 (maybe a #1 instead). That's alot of picks. Even if they aren't all for this year, we are still set next year. It reminds me alot of the Patriots. We have to allow Gibbs to work his magic. You have to build through the draft.

Losing Ramsey is out of the question in my eyes. I would rather have him than a draft pick any day. The whole Brunell thing is really bothering me, P-Ram's a warrior and embodies everything this team needs in a QB if he leaves Imma be heated. As much as I hate to say this im sort of disappointed in Gibbs right now, hopefully he can prove me wrong. ~ONE~

Agreed (GREAT AVATAR!)

And to add on to what you said Riggo, I don't think the cap would be our best friend if we had 3 first rounders.

DG28, I'm glad you're still around. I need the language lessons, and Taz isn't always here to help me.
Anyway, don't be disappointed in Joe. He must have seen something in the films he watched so feverishly about Patrick that he KNEW he was going to need a stop-gap QB for the interim to get the young man up to speed in the way to win games in this league.

DG28 - we have a D. Green avatar in the Gallery under Redskins 2 (if you are interested), and yes Jake what fun it would be signing 3 #1 picks and waiting for them to all hold out before spring training camp.

Speek - what fun it would be to trade down 2 of them - maybe even out of the first round and pick up a truckload of picks in return - Gibbs could parlay them into a real nice sitch.

I just don't think Ramsey is going anywhere...
