Ade Jimoh

Talk about the Washington Football Team here. Do you bleed burgundy and gold?

What is the likelihood that Ade Jimoh will be on the Redskins roster as of opening day?

He will be on the roster....absolutely.

Ade Jimoh

Post by Justice Hog »

As a Redskins fan, I, like many of you, always wonder how in the heck Ade Jimoh maintains his spot on the roster. Is he giving Dan Snyder back rubs on the side? What?

So, do you think Jimoh gonna be on the roster on opening day? Let's hear your thougts.

I'm not asking him if you want him on the roster. The question is whether you think he will be on the roster.

I think it's a given he'll be our 4th or 5th CB.

He always makes it with his play on special teams.

Yep I agree with Jake. He should make the team due to his special teams skill. Which, could be a reason why Taylor Jacobs is also on this team considering he is always hurt. But both players are pretty good on coverage.

Everyone keeps saying that, but I can't remember him making a single standout play on special teams

I think you proved their point with that statement. Nobody notices you until you mess up. I dont remeber him on special teams at all, he must be doing something halfway decent.

Here you go...

In Week 1 vs. Tampa Bay, Jimoh recorded a team-high five special teams tackles.

2003: Jimoh appeared in all 16 games with the Redskins as a reserve cornerback but primarily on special teams coverage units.

He posted five tackles (four solo), all in one game at Chicago (12/21) when starter Champ Bailey went down with injury and Jimoh was brought in.

He also had five special teams tackles.

I agree with what someone else said. I think Jimoh must have pictures of Dan Snyder and one of the Cheerledears doing the dirt in the Owners suite. There can be no other justification for him being on the team.
Sit back and watch the Redskins.

SOMETHING MAGICAL IS ABOUT TO BEGIN!

I mean, c'mon guys....the guy has 23 total tackles and 3 assists in his NFL career with the Skins. Those are definately some quality numbers to keep a guy on the squad....

I think that he will be on the roster but i still find it hard to believe because he is a touchdown waiting to happen.

I hope that we finally do cut him and get over it.

he is a solid ST player. he'll be there.
May #21 never be worn again by another Redskin but may every Redskin play like they are wearing #21 on their backs.

Special Teams. Special Teams. Special Teams.

They are so important to Joe. They were key in our win against the Stillers, and they will be equally important all season.

That's why DMAC got his one-way ticket out, and that is why Jimoh still remains.
