Steelers Game

Post by EasyMoney »

I will be there. Someone refresh my memory. Where is the THN tailgate? The green lot? I'll probably get there about 3 hours early. I plan on drinking and mingling as much as possible before the game. Don't hold it against me if I'm a little sauced if and when I meet any of you.

Thanks Chris. Will you be there? Can anyone from the staff who knows they're going to be there help me out? I'd like to buy a T-shirt and I figure it's time to make a donation. It would be nice to meet who I can. A name with a face is always a good thing. What time do you guys pack it up and head into the stadium?

Why even go if you're not going to support your team or your quarterback? You might as well wear a McNabb jersey to the game.

It's a total waste of a ticket and I really hope if you do go, you will leave in the first quarter like the rest of the fairweather fans.

That's a really sad statement to make and a very sad state of mind to approach going to a game.

This is the type of post a stupid poster would think twice about posting.

To avoid offending posters that make post that are less than stupid, I'll just say....

I hope you get there bright and early. enjoy all of the pre-game hype and then have nothing to do for the rest of the night.

Ok, but we'll make sure to exclude you when the Redskins do become successful again.

You are the WORST bandwagon fan I've ever known. Criticize, criticize, hate, hate - but you'll want in on the celebrations when they occur - and we'll have absolutely no room for you in the circle.

By the way, the Eagles called - they know this is going to be a big 'booing' year, and they want your support. Apparently, you've made quite an impression on them, and they just love fans that hate their own team.

I have to skip the game tonight due to illness but reading skinsdomin8's post makes me want to go. I hate fans who cannot support their team and their coaches decisions. It's only freaking preseason. Jump ship now and stay gone, do us all a favor!

And Redeemed, you do not intend to boo Ramsey do you?? I swear I will go sick and all just to be louder then you people boo'ing MY TEAM and MY QUARTERBACK. I cheered for Brunnell last year. I didn't want him here. I didn't want him starting but like an educated fan I realize that call is not mine. I will support JGibbs in whatever he chooses to do. And if starting Ramsey is his choice right now I'm not boo'ing the dude. Do me a favor people, NO FREAKING WAVE tonight!!!! Not while we have the ball.
Whenever I start to get blue, I just breathe!

My favortie line from the Simpsons:

Flanders: "Looks like someone is having a pre-rapture party!"

Homer: "No Flanders, it's a meeting of gay witches for abortion , you wouldn't be interested!"

Abolutely not. Why would I boo a guy in my avatar? I am looking forward to seeing Mark in action, though. After all the ridicule he suffered last year, I'm happy to see his "resurrection". I wanna see Patrick succeed, and I will cheer for him, but if Brunell gets a shot at "REDEEMING" himself (as well as Joe's decision to sign him) I'll be very excited.

On a related note. It's funny/sad to see the same people who cheered Ramsey last year be the first to boo him this year. I supported both QBs last year, especially Mark, and, like Joe, I stand by my opinion that he can be a solid contributor for this team under center. My 2 cents

Relax, NikiH. It's only the pre-season. It's not worth sarificing your health to "overpower" some bumbling idiots. Get well soon, and give the fairweather fans hell during the regular season.

 This point deserves it's own thread. We need someone to educate the fans.
