Andra Davis For 5th Rounder / Rod Gardner for 6th

Compare these players. Pats got better value for a lesser player. Im just glad we got something for him.

I think the only reason we got a 6th for Gardner was A) Because he only has 1 year left on his contract. B) Because everyone knew he was going to get cut sooner or later, so they could have just waited.

But hey, I would have been fine with getting Mr. Irrelevant for Rod Gardner.

I may be wrong but don't we get a better pick if Gardner meets certain performance goals?

I'll be watching gardner this season, I want to see him do well, we should of gotten at least a 5th and up'ed to a 4th if he plays well.
This guys is a former 1st rounder for goodness sakes.

Nobody else wanted to pay anything for him? They all knew that we were going to cut him, I think we got lucky that we got anything at all for him.
