I pretty much do the exact same thing as you. I also tend to take out my anger on others for the day.

I come to the website to share and try to learn about why we lost in the view of knowledgeable fans. But I try to come with a positive and constructive attitude. I either ignore or get angry at those that just try to vent.
Daniel Snyder has defined incompetence, failure and greed to true Washington Redskins fans for over a decade and a half. Stay away from football operations !!!

I am in a bad enough mood on Sunday’s because I know the weekend is over, then around 11:30AM I start getting pumped up. By the 4 o'clock games (usually after a loss) I am so depressed I don’t care that my fantasy football team is winning. Then later that night I go to bed, upset, and while I am trying to go to sleep I think about all the plays that went wrong. “If Brunell would have completed that pass-If Ramsey would not have thrown that interception in the endzone to give the game away”. Then I usually get so mad my heart starts beating faster and I cannot go to sleep.

Maybe it's just me, being a Red Sox fan, but the Sox have ripped my heart out and shoved it back in more times than I can count... so I'm really pretty desensitized to "regular" losses.
Unless one of my teams loses by giving the game away, in extra innings/overtime, to a rival, etc. etc. then I'm usually pretty mellow.

Yeah, but baseball losses are much easier to handle than football losses. If the Sox lose, you know they can just make it up the next night. But if the Skins lose, you got a whole week - or two - of being pissed.

Maybe you have a point, but I'm still laid back when the Redskins lose in a "regular" way...
If they get beaten by the Cowboys, Eagles or Giants, or if they give the game away, lose by playing badly, or only by a few points... I'm pretty angry and upset.
But if they play a good team and say, lose only by a field goal, or something, I can find the positive.
Nothing the Redskins could ever do would compare to Aaron Boone's HR in 2003...
But I guess the Red Sox got the last laugh,

I drink more than normal which is a lot. And try to find some luck in the next weeks game. Which lately hasn't been a lot of luck. But I have been a SKINS fan sice the day I was born which was in 1974. So I am lucky enough to watch the superbowls and now old enough to get ready for the next. War REDSKINS kicking the poop out of Dallass. Yes I did say poop because this is an every age forum. Don't rip on me to bad.

My honest answer? I avoid NFL Tonight and Sports Center for that Sunday...because I don't want to see the Redskins lose over and over again.
I then look for a puppy walking around with a limp (because Hailskins666 kicked it) and then I drop-kick the little guy about 30 yards.

I handle my losses hard the first few we have (each year in the past), but by mid season I am just watching to hope to see some improvement and oh yea eat Wings and Drink beer. Its always sad to see them lose and if they lose I am not a happy person the next day or that night. But now that I finally I am signed up for Fantasy Football I may have more reason to be happy, my team will rock (sleepers baby)...
And on the 7th day (Sunday) God made football, and he saw that it was good.
