I read this on another board and it got me hyped up. He was on NBC 4.
They were asking Buges how he felt about the negative press the Skins got this off season. He said in a nutshell..
"I have been in this biz 28 years, that garbage doesn't effect me anymore. But you should've seen Joe (Gibbs) when they said he couldn't coach anymore...his chest puffed out and said..i dont care what it takes, were not leaving here without another ring."

this is why joe gibbs is in the hall of fame--he talks the talk, then walks the walk. all to often coaches talk like their teams are the greatest, but none of them back it up with the work ethic that JG shows. how old is he, 63? and he stays up until the crack of dawn every damn day gameplanning and making sure everything is perfect. people say he's wasting his time, i say this is what he was meant to do and he knows it as well as anyone else--i am a believer, always have been, always will be--LETS GO SKINS!!!

Gibbs obviously responds to negative comments! It's the only ay to make him mad! The glory fest won't get us anywhere!

I hear you, loud & clear! I really believe that we will see Gibbs make the adjustments needed with the offense and IMO the Special Teams will also be improved. The D will be very good (maybe great again?) and this team will play well.
I am also thinking that there is not that much difference at the top of the NFL right now and there is no reason why this team will not be very good for the next few years.
Gibbs will bring it all together and we will be back to where we belong.
