Injury Questions

Post by SkinFan 0-16 or 16-0 »

Does anyone know how the injuries are going for LaVar and Carlos Rogers.

How long was Carlos Rogers' injury suppose to last. Will he be available for any pre season games/ the opener.

The last I heard about LaVar was that he might be ready for Training Camp. What's going on with him.

Thanks

The coaching staff gave every indication that they weren't ging to hurry Lavar along and had every intention of easing him through training camp AND preseason if need be. I wouldn't expect to see him much at TC, but you never know.

As for Rogers, while I have no new updates, his injury was relatively minor... minor enough that he was actually playing on it. I would imagine that he WILL be in training camp but he has to sign a contract first. The last report I heard was that he would be in a hard boot for two weeks and then on crutches for two more... which would take him to about the start of TC. So expect to see Rogers as soon as he signs a contract but I'm sure that they will ease him in slowly. His particpation early in training camp may very well be limited.
Sean Taylor was one of a kind, may he rest in peace.

Plus I doubt that the coaches want Lavar to lie on them again and say that they are trying to rush him back and dont care about how he feels.

I dont mean to incite any bad feelings among posters but its true. Anyone who would dare say I dont support this team would have had to just registered in the past hour or so. I love my team but that episode of his was stupid.

However, my comment was a jab, I should be ashamed.

I might be the biggest LaVar supporter ever but it was pretty stupid. I believe he thinks it was pretty stupid, and that's why he hasn't said anything else on the topic.

I still think what happened was a reporter catching LaVar at a bad time right after his surgery. I still think he loves the skins.
