I know its past 70 years, but I like the jerseys with the gold pants and black shoes. We could use them for one home game every season, so I can wear mine with my throwback fitted

I believe I found it first (over a year and a half ago). But now the pic is a red X, so enjoy your glory while you can.

I think the black looks hot too. I think it'd look good if the pants were black and had the same burgundy and gold trimming like the top. I'd definately buy one of those jerseys.

Like the Chargers and their Baby Blue Jerseys.
I guess we could do that, but I'd rather go Old School than Anniversary.

SkinsLavar, I hope you know that Joe Bugel is no fool. He will have our o-line clickin'....

I wasnt talkin about Buges man. I was talkin about Ray Brown. He's like 42

I dont know maybe, this'll make me sound kind of dumb for watching it, but dont the black jerseys look like the jerseys of the Las Vegas Outlaws from the XFL days.
Brown looks older then dirt..

Does it really take 3 edits to post a smiley??
 I didn't think anyone would catch that. See, wahahappened was that SkinsLavar posted something, then deleted it, I think.
I tried to edit it, but could no longer find his post.
Finally, I was able to retrieve his old post, and create a new one. I could not delete my old post...
hence the confused smiley. My bad.

Back and better than ever!

I like the scheme I grew up with.
ding ding ding.... we have a winner....
i totally agree... i think our uniforms now look great...
those black jerseys look stupid...
if we can come up with scheme that will allow us to not wear the burgundy jerseys in dallas that will be fine... i never think we are going to win when we wear the burgundy jerseys.... they are jinxed....

I like the black, but what about yellow #s w/ burgundy outline
There is no yellow (or yellow color) in our uniform!
Whatever they wear this year, will be playoff material.

Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

Too funny...whenever a "slow" time comes up in the offseason a uniform thread appears.
Maybe we can get a socks and shoes thread going too?
Already done dude. This is what happens during the offseason.....

Black Skins jersey = Absolutely hideous!
I hope we stick with the uniforms we have now, so much tradition and all. I doubt Gibbs will go for anything else either. I did like the 70th anniversary uni's though they were pretty sharp. All these alternate jersies are for is a marketing technique to make more $$ that's all.

Me too. Give me the old-style uniforms any day. I love the gold pants, but when they are made with the new materials, they come off looking shiny like some gaudy Dallas uni. I have to admit, that black jersey looks surprisingly good to me. It would be a great addition during late-season outdoor games.

I think, with the exception of rekindling retro uniforms, changes such as the black jersey are nothing more than a money-making gimmick (and not money in your pockets, folks!). We're a football team based on tradition so I'm not for it unless we go old school.
