THN Player profiles: David Patten

Post by BossHog »

THN will be profiling over a dozen players in the weeks leading up to the Washington Redskins 2005 Training Camp. As with any modern-day NFL offseason, many new faces have come to town. Leading off our profiles is new wide receiver David Patten.

Sean Taylor was one of a kind, may he rest in peace.

He may turn out to be a good #3 receiver for us behind Moss and Jacobs. In the mold of Ricky Sanders.

I'm thrilled that he wants to prove something still. You would think after 3 SB wins, a player would be relaxed, but David is out on a mission to be a #1 WR!!

I believe a football player without passion, is no football player at all. And luckily, Patten has passion.

Nice work, JF  (and to all the writers on staff).

Patten must have grateful to have had the chance to get out of the coffe bean factory and get out on the field, winning championships with the Patriots. It can't hurt to have a guy with his experience and work ethic on our squad.
