Want a job with the Redskins?

The Washington Redskins are seeking a highly motivated, dependable individual to join their Sales & Marketing department as a Ticket Sales Representative. This individual will provide assistance in all areas of Ticket Operations including account maintenance and customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

- Interact with customers on the phone and at ticket windows.
- Manages day-to-day season, playoff, and single game ticketing.
- Update customer service accounts on Archtics Ticketing System.
- Accounts maintenance for Redskin season ticket and waiting list accounts.
- General office duties.

Qualifications:

- College degree preferred.
- Experience with Archtics Ticketing System or other related Ticketing System preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Superior customer service skills inlcuding telephone and written communication skills are necessary.

Even if it is a failed attempt to have some fun with a longstanding fan? Man, you are not on a good mood today.

Having seen this, it might have been better that you did not apply for the job. My chances at getting any tickets would have been greatly overestimated.

I am sorry about the 43-day misquoted thread. I -really- thought it would be funny to say that a fan with your record and knowledge, a moderator, would have been a fan for only 43 days. I needed some sense of humour after a few hard days.

So that you know, I had to sleep overnight on the floor of the airport in Montreal after a tough field job in the jungle for about a week. My local airport was shutdown for three days. Coming back to post was/is my therapy.
