- Location: If I knew ... it would explain a lot but I've seen Homerville on a map, that wasn't helpful at all

Are you sure about that? I swear in an O's game 2 or 3 nights ago, that situation came up. The runner that was already on second moved to third, but I'm pretty sure Steve Kline (O's reliever) balked (which was complete BS - but anyway) on a 3-0 count to the batter; he was ejected after arguing, and another relief pitcher came in and made another pitch, which happened to be ball 4.
The count could have been 2-0, and gone to 3-0 with the balk, but I'm pretty sure it was already a 3-0 count.
