Funniest FEMALE Comedians of all Time!!!
I know this poll is a tough one but I figured we should have one of these for the females as well.

I honestly have never laughed at a female comedians jokes. They all suck. Every single time theres a "comedy central presents..." featuring a woman I sit at the screen with my mouth open in boredom. One of my friends suggested I watch the Ellen DeGeneres special on HBO and at the end I couldn't believe I wasted an hour and a half of my time. Im sorry females, but you guys just arent very funny when it comes to stand-up routines and what not

So let me get this straight, because you didn't laugh at Ellen or the comedy central comics, then all women, by virtue of their gender are "un-funny"??
I find it hard to believe that you have never heard anything funny come out of a female comic's mouth...that makes no sense.
And if you didn't laugh at Ellen Degeneres' rendition of Salt N Peppa's "Shoop"..then its probably that you just don't laugh much.
SPIT HAPPENS!!

I dont mean to single women out because of their gender but all the female stand up comics that I've listened to bore the hell out of me. Obviously I might laugh at a couple jokes throughout the entire comedy session but getting two laughs out of a 30 minute comedy is the meaning of crappy comedy.

I understand that. I think it is just gender differences though. I too laugh more at male comics, because they say things that I identify with and find funny.
But women may find people like Ellen hilarious. I think Jerry Seinfeld is the most over rated comedian GF...but I wouldn't say Ellen sucks, she is a decent comedian, just not one of my favs.

Bette Midler and Whoopie Goldberg can bring the house down.
By the way, Wormer, you may want to spell check your polls before you trigger the rage among our female fans.

Daniel Snyder has defined incompetence, failure and greed to true Washington Redskins fans for over a decade and a half. Stay away from football operations !!!

Ugh, I hate Wanda....
I hated the Queens of Comedy too! It seems that too many black female comedians feel that they have to be EXTREMELY raunchy to be funny. Not even a little bit raunchy, I mean to the extreme and with TONS of cursing. I don't particulary care for any of them at all.
I'm sure there are plenty of good female comedians out there, I'd like to see one asap.
The road to the number 1 pick gaining speed!

Um...just to clarify what I voted for, it's the last one. (I wonder why everyone clicked the bottom one...except one....dumbazs)
The only funny woman I can think of is that Asian lady on MAD TV.

"I was on the sideline and guys were talking about the score, and then it hit me -- we won by 21. I came in the locker room and I yelled it out, and immediately I just kind of broke down in tears. Because I miss Sean, you know."

That being said, you can't really fault me for speaking the truth can you?

I honestly can't say I NEVER have laughed at a chick comic but it's SOOOO few and far between I don't even waste my time anymore.
It's like that comic strip Cathy. Could not be LESS funny.
"I'm Fat!"
"My mother always bugs me about why I'm not married!"
"My boyfriend is so insensitive!"
"I love shopping!"
"Look! New Shoes!"
Such typical, lame-o, unfunny, non-creative garbage. Most female comedians do the same rap. Just variations on the same theme. And the delivery is not typically very strong either.

This is why most guys don't watch the Lifetime network. It's not really for them.
There was one woman I saw on Comedy Central, I forget her name but she did this joke about people being confused by the word butcher to describe one's level of butchness. It made me laugh.

I got your number. I steal your thunder. I got your mother's maiden name tattooed on my arm.
