Interesting story.
The only problem is that all they are doing is dwelling on the past. I could sit here and go on and on about all the games the Skins lost due to bad officiating. The bottom line is that the games are way in the past, and nothing said now will change that.
It seems like that article came from some St. Louis die-hards who can't let go. It sucks, but it happens every year. EVERY SINGLE YEAR. There is always at least one postseason game where the end result can be called into question.
What those guys need to do is quit cryin' and cheer for their team in the future.
Talk about the bad officiating among their friends.
Drink a lot of beer.
Cry into their mothers' bussoms.
Or, they could build a time machine, go back to the early years of their lives, study to become an NFL referee, work hard for 30 years, and they might get the chance to make the calls they think should have been made.
I think there were a lot of blown calls in that game too. If it were the Redskins, I would be upset, and probably obsess about it also. But who cares? Get over it.
Fun read though; thanks ejay.

Remember, when you point your finger at someone, you have four others pointing right back at ya. These guys who "can't let go" sound like any other fan of every NFL team, except the Cards, of course. Thir fans don't care.
Back and better than ever!

Which is why I said:
I'm not saying I'm not guilty of doing the same thing, but these guys tried to put a lot of effort into something that will have ZERO effect on anything. IF NFL officials even read that article, they would only brush it off as a lame attempt to boost some depressed fans' egos.
Let's face it - if it happened to the Skins, there would be a million pukes fans saying the same thing about my complaints.
I'm just trying to say that, while it is an interesting article, it serves no purpose; other than possibly shoring up some fans' beaten down emotions. But it won't get them a ring.

i could take any game that any team played, and make it seem like they were robbed. for every missed penalty that they listed on that site, i'm sure i could find a similar penalty on the rams in that same game. plus, they lost all credibility in my eyes when they called kurt warner the greatest passer in the history of the game. ha.
if officials called every infraction or near-infraction pn every play, games would take 7 hours.
these guys need to have a good cry and get over it. really.

I have no sympathy for these idiots. I got over the loss to the Raiders, even though it still hurts sometimes knowing that was one of the most dominant teams (redskins) of all time.
get over it rams fans you lost. martz is an idiot.
i guess the truth always hurts.

***Poster of the Year*** Hail to the Redskins. Everything else is inferior. Guess who's not a HOMER on this site.

i respect the pats a great deal but remember that year, they only even got to the superbowl in the first place by literally shoving the colts receivers out of bounds the whole game in the AFC championship (that game specifically was the reason they instituted the new emphasis on pass interference [the "chuck" rule]- because the NFL realized and conceded how abhorrent it was).
