Stupid newbie question

Post by PigSkin »

If you guys call Patrick Ramsey "P.Ram," do you call Chris Samuels "C.Ram" (and Mia Hamm "Mee.Ham")?

I saw Art Monk in the Safeway parking lot in Great Falls, VA on 3/26/2005. It was AWESOME!

Actually, I think I would call Chris "Sir" -- he's big and I am sure very intimidating at the scrimmage line! ROTFALMAO  ROTFALMAO

If you were to use our nickname for Ramsey in context to Samuels, it would be C-Sam... Mia Hamm would reamin, M-Ham...

I didn't get it, but we are all a little out of sorts with this P-Rams VS. Marky Mark thing. It's okay, don't worry about it.

Oh, a typo. I type faster than I think, which is very slow. It should be: Do you call Chris Samuels "C.Sam"?

I've never seen Patrick Ramsey referred to as P.Ram anywhere else, so I wonder if you guys have handles for any other Skins players.

Lavar Arrington = Daddy

Actually, Lavar Arrington's nickname is in fact Shaddy and I think he should be referred to as such on these boards.

I usually abbreviate him as LA just cause I get tired of typing the full name :)

I still think Shaddy sounds like some sort of fish

"Shaddy". Hmmmm. Derived from "Shad ", possibly ? It's a fish, makes one notable run a year. Puts up a good fight for about ten minutes, then goes belly-up. Good eating for whoever catches it. Takes almost any bait.

I'm not sure I want my best linebacker to be named after this fish. Let's stick with LA.

That was an old post. Also, I pointed out that you can have a lot of fu abbreviating Albert Connells name (the way you do with P-Ram) especially considering his troubles in New Orleans.
