Teen Charged After Vomiting on Teacher

ROTFALMAO

It doesn't get any better than this...

Teen Charged After Vomiting on Teacher Tue Jun 14, 6:28 PM ET

OLATHE, Kan. - A high school student who vomited on his Spanish teacher has been charged with battery against a school official. The misdemeanor charge was filed Monday against the Olathe Northwest High School student.

The 17-year-old boy was charged as a juvenile and his name was not released.

Rick Guinn, an assistant district attorney, said witnesses can corroborate that the boy intentionally vomited on teacher David Young.

If convicted, the boy likely would face probation, Guinn said. Prosecutors also are seeking an apology.

"I think a message is being sent by both the school district and the district attorney that this behavior will not be tolerated," Young said.

The student's father said his son told him he did not mean to throw up on the teacher but had been made uncontrollably ill by the stress of final exams.

The father said the district expelled his son and recommended he enroll in an alternative school in the fall.

Not to combine threads or interject Jackson in every topic (although I guess my avatar kind of does that), but on the way home from the hospital, he said I want to play football outside when we get home, and if I can't then I will vomit on each of you.

Where does a 3-yo come up with this stuff. :hmm:

He must have read the article on his PDA. I swear, kids with cell phones, PDAs, etc. just keep getting younger and younger...

It is also possible that he found out about that game when Donovan McPukes-a-lot vomitted on the field!

I wouldn't be surprised if he uses the "language barrier" excuse, since the incident occurred in Spanish class.

The punishment seems excessive, but if the kid in fact purposely vomited on the teacher, the responsibility should fall on the parents to find an alternate school. Better yet, they should home school the teenager; I doubt there would be more "vomiting" incidents like this one. My 2 cents

My nephews say things like that and i always wonder the same thing. It's hard not to laugh when the little ones throw something like that at you!

Maybe the lack of funding for his school district sickened him....sorry. Your's was funnier. Please strike this from the record.

I'm still having a hard time understanding how the kid "purposely" vomitted on the teacher. I understand it is possible to do so, but I haven't vomitted in like 3 years - and unless you are bulemic, I can't imagine an average person using a specially tuned projectile vomitting routine!
