Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

The stupid ESPN analysts were ALLLL talking about Smith and bringing up how he graduated in 3 years, or whatever he did, and i was like WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ANYTHING!
HE has to have FOOTBALL INTELLIGENCE, not flippin Science Intelligence or whatever he had. THats like sayin a really smart person will automatically will be good on the football field. My friend goes "and he graduated in 3 yeara," and i just cussed my friend out, what the hell does that have to do with his football skills or football smarts!!
maybe im just biased or not seeing the real importance in this, if that is the case, please tell me.

Yeah so what. If you really don't care don't get heated.
Just worry about our team.

I'd rather have Campbell than Smith.
Campbell played in a far tougher conference and didn't play in a gimmick offense. He's proven himself more than Smith has. I think the Niners reached big time on him.

Campbell = Was the first QB ever to tear the Razorbacks apart so bad I left the room from the TV.

Alex Smith was the first pick in the draft, so of course the media is on his wood. Remember Eli last year anyone?

His education will have no effect on the field. He could of had graduated in 2 yrs. and all that translates to is if he get's hurt he has is education to fall back on which is a very good thing.

So, graduating at all, and doing so early says nothing about someone's character?

Not really, you graduate early or not and still be a bad/good person character wise

It actually does'nt. I have a friend who dropped out, he might not be very book-smart, but he's still a nice guy.

So, you see no value in overcoming any challenges you face in life?
Maybe if he just went to a specific building at a specific time every week, that would show character. But, excelling academically, that is meaningless.

i don't think it really says anything about their "character" in terms of morality but it most definitely says something about their work ethic.

I think being religious correlates to positive character traits more than scholastic prowess [/pulling cvilles string]

That whole water into wine scandal really cost him. Went from a #1 overall pick to an undrafted drifter.
