Draft Section

Post by BossHog »

Well, it took a little longer than expected, but I have finally opened the Draft section for public consumption. I should clarify though... it isn't really a section, it's an entire website.

There is a link on the main page of the website, and you will notice throughout this season that we will have draft news intermixed with Redskins news on the main site as we try to do whatever we can to get you through the dog days of the off-season.

I also wanted to add that while it's quite a bit of work putting all of the stuff into a website, it's not nearly the work that scouting the talent and coming up with all the rankings are. Just think for a second what a daunting prospect scouting 200+ college football players in your spare time is.

Well that's what Scooter does.

No BS, no cheating... the guy is doing his best impression of Mel Kiper except that we think Scooter's better, and sharper on picking talent... only time will tell how accurate Scooter's prognosticating is. His first attempt last year was certainly very successful.

So just a :celebrate: for Scott and I owe you a pint or three.

We hope you enjoy the draft section... it's a monumental project that we take on only to fill the 'void' that February through July bring. There are still a few incomplete things... but we're still slaving away and will have it all in there in the next week or so, but we thought that there was already plenty there to whet your appetite.

Without further ado...

SkinsNut- Just like Bachman Turner Overdrive says....You aint seen nothing yet. By the time we are done, you will believe that Scooter IS the man and Kiper is just a face on TV.

AWESOME DUDES

You have made this site a place for all true blue Skins fans to get together and cheer, vent and otherwise have a great time.

Can you remember life without www.theHogs.net - a lot less fun.

Thanks so much to everyone for the hours put in - we all have nothing but love for ya.
