Funny thing is, the only other time we made the playoffs in the last 20 years, we played the Bulls. Hopefully we will fare a bit better this time.

Last time, we went up against Pippen, Jordan, Rodman, Kerr, etc. and the Bulls today are a great young time, but not at the level of the six time world champs

Our big three was really flat last night. Larry carried the squad. Kwame showed up, but went down with a knee injury.
The game was sloppy, overall, and Gilbert truly lived up to his jersey number last night. Hopefully he comes back and drops fitty on them on Wednesday.
Where's the rebounding??? Etan? Brenda? Kwame? Wassup???

Back and better than ever!
Jake and I saw the Bullets play the Bulls in a playoff game I believe. We were all the way at the top of the Capital Centre and I kept asking Jake which one was Michael Jordan. He showed me one of the bald heads down there and said "that one".
As for now........they are not doing so good against them this time either.

It was also the last ever game in "Bullets" history in 1996.

I don't follow the NBA. I wasn't surprised very much when I looked at the games and saw that the Wizards were in the playoffs. To the extent that I follow basketball, I root for the Wizards, partially with the hope that, if they start winning, they'll start selling merchandise, and then they'll change that stupid logo of theirs. I think they should have stayed as the Washington Bullets, but that's a debate long finished I suppose.
What I was surprised about was the fact that the Wizards are playing the Bulls. I turn on the TV and watch some basketball, the Bulls are the best team around. Then by the next time I watch basketball again, they're awful and the Lakers are the best (or the Spurs). I root for the Pistons in the playoffs last year out of simple hatred for the Lakers, and the fact that I like good defensive sports in general. Lo and behold, I check up on the NBA again this year, and there are the Bulls back in the playoffs.
I should pay more attention, but I won't. I spend too much time on baseball and football anyway, and hockey too if they still played it professionally in this country (and don't you dare tell me about the AHL).
