Newly eligible underclassmen

Post by ferryrich »

OK, so following the ruling on Clarrett, are there any other underclasmen you'd chance a first day draft pick on?

There's a few who I think will become great players. I can't yet decide whether I would like us to try out a high pick on one of those guys.

There's plenty of players available who would be ready straight away for the NFL, while these younger guys may requiring a couple of years more to mature.

I believe they have until March 1st to declare eligibility and don't expect many to go for it, though I'm sure a few will

Ben and Fitzgerald are no joke. Clarett is a joke. I think Ben and Fitzgerald will have a great impact on their teams in 2004. (Cards and Raiders, cough cough)
