We decided to take in a Potomac Nationals game tonight. We are considering having Jackson's birthday party at this minor league stadium. We all were having a blast even though we were cheering for the visiting team, they were the Orioles affiliate. But anyway, Scott went to go see if they had any promotions for Jackson to take part in and ended up signing up for his own little game. He got up in front of the entire ball park and sang "I've got friends in low places" by Garth Brooks. He did very well. And he won our whole section free Subway. So little did we know he was so talented. We have our own American Idol living in the house! Just thought I'd share this with you guys, I knew he wouldn't.
Whenever I start to get blue, I just breathe!
My favortie line from the Simpsons:
Flanders: "Looks like someone is having a pre-rapture party!"
Homer: "No Flanders, it's a meeting of gay witches for abortion , you wouldn't be interested!"
I wish there was a Nats affilliate in my area. I guess I could watch the Harrisburg Senators come to Bowie but it would be very hard to root against the Baysox.
Glad you guys had a good time. Minor league is always more fun than a major league game.
Scott, you'll have to sing us a tune at camp.

There was an alternate lyric...
"Well I guess I was wrong
I just don't belong
But hey, I 've been there before...
Ev'rythings alright, I'll just say "Goodnight"
and I'll show myself to the door
Hey, I didn't mean to cause a big scene
just wait 'til I finish this glass...
and then, little lady
I'll head back to the bar....
and you can kiss my ......."
Did Scottie do that one ? Did he ?
"Sit back and watch the Redskins.
SOMETHING MAGICAL IS ABOUT TO BEGIN!"
