There's some truth to this statement, there's also some truth that Culpepper made Moss good as well. We shall see this year with Moss having someone else to throw to him.
Brad Johnson won a superbowl in that time frame, and I don't think anyone thinks he is better than Culpepper, so I don't know that you can really use that as an ultimate measuring stick for a QB.
