I saw this link on Fox Sports that supposedly shows every team's Free Agent signings since the end of the draft....
http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/3572786
Take a look at the bottom. It shows the Skins having signed only two, while I thought I read they had signed at least four. Also, what about those Titans - They had 36 signees?! Yea maybe that's overkill, who knows, but does anyone know the specifics of how the Post-Draft Free Agency worked this year? Did they institute some sort of lottery system and have the teams take turns somehow? I also wonder whether this period has pretty much wrapped up. I suspected, from the way Gibbs was talking pre-draft, that we would have signed many more than this. My worry is that other teams may have signed most of the ones the Skins had their eye on.
Post-Draft Free Agents - Conclusion?

Where you been? We signed way more than two.

Oh ok,...I see there are many. I suppose these are pretty much all of them then.
I didn't see any sort of thread that summarized this list...and so instead of searching through tons of other ones I thought it might make sense to start a new one that addresses this conclusion.
What was this lottery thing this year (for the Free Agents). How does that work?

We've been over this discussion before MANY, MANY times. ALWAYS use the search button if you aren't sure something has been posted.
If you post in the thread, which obviously has many people on it, then your question would have been answered quickly.

I notice that our FA wideouts are both 5-11 or shorter and weigh 185 lbs. I guess that proves that Gibbs really doesn't buy the philosophy that we need a big receiver.
Also, Billy Palmer's signing proves again that Gibbs had no intention of drafting Heath Miller. Billy is a smart, blocking TE with "marginal" offensive skills.
Though Heath is a tough blocker too, his skills would have been wasted here.

SPIT HAPPENS!!

Well, I used the search button and typed in "free agents" and saw 115 pages of conversations but none addressed as Final List or Conclusion, etc. I see you're already familiar with the other novel little feature called cut and paste (ctrl-C, ctrl-v). It's even faster to use than typing....

Check it out....

One DE
Interesting to note that there is a SINGLE DE in the whole list. Possibly, something may happen soon outside of the draft at this position.ATV wrote:Check it out....
