What I see happening is Ramsey going out and testing the market. We won't be in the cap situation to compete for his services so Campbell will take over!

Just about every report on Campbell says that he's atleast 2 years away from being able to start. So if Ramsey tests the market after this year and leaves the Skins, that means either Brunell has to start or we have to bring in another qb.
