I just nominated you to a position in our front office to bring some common sense to the front office:

Daniel Snyder has defined incompetence, failure and greed to true Washington Redskins fans for over a decade and a half. Stay away from football operations !!!

Sorry you lost faith....Hope you like rooting for another team.

Don't worry you'll sober up tommorrow and realize that Gibbs knows more than you do!

I have never rooted (cheated) for another team. I am sure it would be as hard as ending a 25 year marriage.

Maybe I should seek counseling with Dan Snyder and Dr. Phil?

what are you, on drugs? just because a team drafts the player you don't want doesn't mean you [i]lose faith in them. you don't belong on this site, get out of here and take your bandwagon attitude with you.

Oafusp, I wasn't too happy about the pick or the trade that brought it. Before the draft you can find numerous posts where i totally disagreed with how we find new waysof giving away picks every year. Now it's done. Redskins fans may criticize but never lose faith. Time to embrace the new players dude. I would bet that Gibbs probably watched hours and hours of game tape on Campbell, personally interviewed him and his coaches. He's worked with Ramsey for over a year now and as coach he designs the offense. I think he's more qualified than us to decide the kids potential as a Redskin. Trust in that.

P.S. - in one of yor previous posts you quoted an article on Campbell citing his wonderlic score and lack of intelligence. Here's a quote from Scouts Inc.

Campbell is a coaches son who also stared in basketball in high school. Extremely hard working and coaches have nothing but good things to say regarding his intangibles. He had by far his best season as a senior in 2004 when he completed 69.6-percent of his passes for 2,700 yards and threw 19 touchdowns and just six interceptions, while leading the Tigers to a perfect 13-0 record.

I'm starting to simmer down...or sober up from my draft day beerfest...but still, the ups and downs continue. I just want the team to be constant. It appears Gibbs is cleaning house and I think there are other areas than QB that could have been addressed. Esspecially when last years 1st round PRICK is acting up. I guess Gibbs may be starting over again, after starting over again last season (and the organization every year before).

Hand picked Brunell...still likes Brunell
Hand picked Campbell...Ramsey is the dark horse.

The only thing good that can come of this is that stability finally happens...whether it is Brunell, Ramsey, or Campbell.

Just hope Ramsey pulls a Brees, us fans could use a "feel good" story next season.

It would only feel good until next season when Ramsey gets traded and you're stuck with Brunell again until Campbell learns the ropes.

Brunell will be gone after next season. Ramsey and Campbell are our QB's and it takes two most seasons anyway. Ramsey hasn't done anything to deserve being put on a pedestal. He'll have to earn it like everyone else.
