Lots of DE's left

That could change with just a couple of picks.

GF chimes in. He waits for the draft to start, get 18 holes in, washes the car, then pops in to see what the holdup is in getting to a pick in the 30's.

Ahhhhh, the good old days.

I thought for sure Reid would have traded up by now to get a lineman.

There's no rush on OL yet so why not wait until that starts to take the fattest guy he can find?

Bigger linemen just make McNabb look normal-sized. It's a psychological thingie to lull defenses to sleep ... or something. :)

They're talking about the Eagles moving up right now with the Texans.

Barron and Khalif Barnes still available.
Sean Taylor was one of a kind, may he rest in peace.

Too bad the Skins are going to pick a player on offence...

Just want you all to know that I'm looking out my window at snow!

Day of the draft? That's just wrong... even in Canada.

I don't think Barron or Barnes are quite fat enough.

I believe there's some stipulation in Reid's contract that all O-lineman drafted must make him look svelte by comparision.

Don't think we need a GM at all. Gibbs has done great in everything he's done since he got here except for Brunell.

That was a pretty big mistake that cost us a valuable draft pick, lots of money, and playing time for our young qb who needed to be on the field. I would also consider trading one disgrunteld receiver for another, and in the prcess take a huge cap hit a pretty big mistake as well.

Your point about Brunell is? Welcome to the modern NFL. You bring a guy in, he doesn't work out, you gotta carry the contract. Not that big a deal. Ramsey got onto the field at just the right time. If he woulda started from the get go, he likely would not have made as much progress and it might have ruined him for good. Joe knows how to bring a QB along.

The Coles deal wasn't a mistake at all. Coles is cancer. Gotta cut it out. It might hurt when you cut it out, but it's better than letting it kill you isn't it? Anyone that doesn't want to be here is bad for the team. Get rid of them. Eventually you'll have all guys that want to be here and the team will play better because they all care about winning and each other. That's what Joe is building. I know you don't know why we've sucked for so long, but Joe does. He'll fix it. In the meantime, just keep bitching and calling for his head and saying OMG, the sky is falling, we need a new coach, owner and for goodness sake, let's get a GM.

Meanwhile, the season will start and Joe will start winning games in spite of all the bad things he has done since he got here. Then all of the haters can sit back and try and figure out how in the heck he's doing it with such inferior players, coaches and his system that obviously doesn't work and never has...

I live in southern Pennsylvania and it's supposed to snow tonight and tomorrow. :(

Besides, that snow's the only thing keeping that damn evil American empire from invading. Why would they want it.

P. fans do not get homes. But they are allowed to stay for a while in shelters. It is a compassionate thing.

Last time I checked Coles never missed any voluntary workouts and never threatened to hold out because he wanted a new contract. Not sure why you think that Coles was more or a cancer than Moss??

because during the season he talked down about Gibbs, the system, and his role. Him and Gardner talked about it during games, it bothered other players, like Randy Thomas, and now they are no longer skins. Players said it was hard to stay positive with them doing it. That's Cancer, and that kills team chemistry.

Moss hasn't threatened to hold out. He's not attending voluntary workouts. Jansen said Moss will be settled in the next week or two. I'll take his word for it.

and who cares about Moss anyway. We can cut him with no cap hit if he becomes a problem. He was just an attempt to get something out of the Coles deal anyway. If he doesn't work out, we move on without him.

I think he comes in pretty soon, and becomes a solid WR for us. We shall see...

I Say we trade Santana moss and pick #25 for Mike Williams. I say do whatever it takes to trade for Mike Williams. I do not see the Lions keeping him!

this is alittle off topic but....

u know i stop in to thehogs.net every day to see whats going on with my favorite team. i always get great insight from most of the people on this site.. plus it makes me look smart when i talk to other football fans :P..but one of the reasons ive not posted in quit awhile is ive gotten so disappointed with a few nay-sayers that seam to dominate alot of the threads...alot of people want everything right now and cant seam to understand that most of things in life ur not going to get right now..u have to have patients. and work hard for those things...
its easy to root for a winner..but rooting for a sub par team builds character...
Gibbs will get it done..and so far ive agreed with most every move hes made....hail to the redskins

I don't know about that. Philadelphia isn't exactly "sub-par" an GF's one of the biggest "characters" here.
