What I pray to happen in the Draft

Post by RedskinsRule56 »

I really want for this to happen. Redskins trade 25th pick and Gardner maybe an additional pick if necessary for Nate Clements. With the 9th pick we Draft Mike Williams!! I would be the happiest man on the earth if this happened!! :D

I agree with you on the Mike Williams part of it, Not real sure of Nate Clements though.

I would love to have Clements on the team but I'm not sure we can afford him. And I would not want to give away all those picks in your proposed trade.

Why Nate Clements when the CB class is so deep this year...a guy like Justin Miller or Fabian Washington will be there in the late first, and they are much less expensive.
SPIT HAPPENS!!

We end up with Edwards, Clements, Miller, Merriman, and Clarett as a short yardage back. Superbowl.
We trade our #9 and #25 to draft Edwards at #2.
We trade Gardner, Wilds, and Clark for Clements.
We trade next years #2, Morton, Thrash, Rock, and DMac for this years No 20 and draft Miller.
We trade #No 1, 2, and 3 in 2007 for Merriman.
We draft Clarett in the 7th round this year.
Superbowl

Hey I have an idea and maybe I'm just moody here but let's call this thread, "What would you like to see happen?" and everyone can post their ideas here instead of 10 million different threads on everyone's dream draft scenario. Not directed at you in particular RR56.
