I think Id be happy if.......

Post by Skinsfan4ever »

I read on another post something similar to this and I think that if it went down it would have to go down in a manner such as this. What If the skins traded there 2 1st and whatever they get for gardner for Gardner for Patrick Surtan and the dolphins 1st round pick. They could then use the pick on Braylon Edwards.
I mean obviously this wont happen but it would be awesome if it did. Im not gonna get my hopes up cause we probally wouldnt have the cap room anyway but hell you can allways wish.

I'd be happy with that.

I'll also be happy if we get Mike Williams with #9 and a CB or DE with #25.

Or one of the big 3 CB's with #9 and any of the top 5 WRs with #25.

I think I'm starting to lean towards us getting Williams with the 9th pick, but who knows what's gonna happen. One thing I do know. It'll be a quick day for us. We'll get a couple good guys in the 1st round and then we can turn the TV off and go do other stuff. No sitting in front of the tube for 6 hours like usual...

I'd like Williams too but dont think he'll be around at #9. I can see us trading up a few notches for him with us giving up our 2 1st round picks

we won't trade up for him. Gibbs will take the best talent available. He's not going to trade 4 picks including two #1's for one player.

we can't afford the 2nd pick
God bless our troops and Joe Gibbs.
We'll miss you, Joe.

Not so fast...that's what everyone said last year...and the Skins traded to get Cooley in the 3rd round. They started out with just 1 pick for day 1.

It's a long day...a lot can happen.
burp.
