Congratulations to the Orioles

Post by tcwest10 »

...for sweeping the Yankees this weekend. I was at the game two Saturdays ago, the last time we beat those damned O's.
What a lineup they have this year. Sosa looks like a man on a mission, Tejada is on a hot streak, Roberts (and I have no thoughts on the creatine crap that just popped up yesterday) is absolutely a Yankee killer, Palmiero is himself again, and closing in on 3,000 hits.
The pitching, especially Chen, is real solid.
Man...Maz has got himself a working club this year.
Congratulations.
Don't get used to it !! :)

You wish Sosa could hit K-Rods slider

Since he's a Yankees fan, I'm guessing he doesn't care either way.

As for the O's, they are off to an amazing start (not including last night's debacle of course). It's early in the season though. Way to early to get excited about the record.

I'm amazed YOU would be the one to post this, TC. I guess a 13-run 2nd inning (against the mighty D-Rays :? ) would cheer you up any day of the week.

It was a great thing to see this weekend. I'm so glad the O's are doing good. I hope the Nats and O's end up in 1st in their divisions at the end of the year.

Last night was horrible, JF. Nats and O's got crushed. Let's try to forget about it.

Bravo, TC. Way to give credit where credit is due. I can't root for Angelos' team, but I'm impressed that they were able to do something that hadn't been done it what sems like ages. Of course, the Yankees kinda stink this year, so that ain't sayin much.
Back and better than ever!
