(April 12, 2005) -- John Madden (ABC), Cris Collinsworth (FOX), Phil Simms (CBS) and Paul Maguire (ESPN) will be among the guests joining Rich Eisen and Lincoln Kennedy to discuss the 2005 NFL playing schedule when NFL Network televises NFL Total Access Schedule Show, a two-hour special unveiling the week-by-week match-ups of the 2005 NFL season.

In addition to highlighting the key matchups of the 2005 season, the special will feature interviews with current players, coaches and broadcasters to gauge their reactions to the schedule as it comes out. The NFL Total Access Schedule Show will also reveal the network each game will air.

I'm aware there was another thread about this two weeks ago, but thought it was important to re-post it.

I can't wait either. You know people are ready when articles like this are a TOP STORY.

denverbroncos.com

The Broncos were not among the teams chosen to play on the opening Thursday, Sunday or Monday night. That means the only chance they have to open the season at home is to play the Washington Redskins, since CBS does not broadcast late games in Week 1 due to their coverage of the U.S. Open tennis championships.

I agree with you Dave. It would be sweet to begin and end with Dallas, in my book. That's what football's all about.

I'd rather play Dallas after this team, and its new players, had more of an opportunity to "mesh" a little. Maybe by game #3 or #4.

Agreed. Another week 3 or 4 Monday night game wouldn't be a bad idea, I think (provided we actually show up to play this year #-o ).

Pukes, Gints or TO & his team for the first game and at home. Let's get it on early!
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

Is there ever going to be a year when we don't play you guys on Sunday night? I'm so sick of that announce crew!

Gah, the early bye week! Guess it's bound to happen every few years.

So it looks like we'll be 2-0 going into week four, facing the Seahawks at home. I'm liking those odds, personally.

I'll be interested to see people's analysis of our schedule as the season approaches. My first thought is that it doesn't look as good as ours did last year, but that could be because we're playing against a better AFC division this time around.

I'm sick of getting home at 3 o'clock in the morning... I don't think we've played a home game, with the Eagles during the day in atleast 5 years....

You'd think once in a while the schedule makers would throw you a bone and give you guys a good car ride home that late.

Yeah... it's been pretty crappy walking out of that stadium late at night.... I've basically got use to "Who's House? our House!" & "The Eagles Fight Song"...... although, last year was as close as it's ever been... usually I here the chants starting in the 3rd Quarter...

Check! I looked for a thread on this but didn't see it. Of course, after I post this then this thread pops right out at me!

We end the season with three division games! Yikes! That could be good for us if it takes our offense a while to click like it did last year.

By the way, all of you who think that we have an easy schedule because we play the Chargers and Cardinals better think again.

The Chargers went to the playoffs and the Cardinals are headed there!

I like the fact that we face Arizona, Oakland and St. Louis late in the yr. It will give Wilds and/or a rookie CB some time to gain experience before we face those dangerous WR cores.

Dude, Arizona has a pretty dangerous WR corp! Wait. Are you joking? Let's see....Randy Moss, Larry Fitzgerald, Issac Bruce, Torry Holt.....Yeah, you must be kidding!

Oh! Now I get it! I'm a bit slow on the uptake, and lamenting that I can't delete this post!
