Yes, he just might be...However, I love using him in Madden
That doesn't happen very much as I play the Skins 98% of the time, but every now and again.
I think he'll have a turn around season in Tampa next year. The Bucs possess a ton of defensive talent, more than what Hovan has been surrounded with in the past. This will translate into less double teams on him, allowing for a small come back season.
