Talk about the Washington Football Team here. Do you bleed burgundy and gold?

I found one fan made picture for all those people who said they'd like to see a Skin black jersey.

I also found the highly coveted burgundy on burgundy.

Ive always had a thing for black jerseys... That would be awesome if we get black jerseys with burgundy #s so our Home would be burgundy and away would be black

I like black jerseys also, but they'd have to be done better than the one I posted above. I liked how the Ravens jerseys turned out.

Doesn't one of the jerseys have to be white, I mean for league rules or whatever? Like if two teams played, both with similar color jerseys it would be hard to tell apart the teams lol. Just a question.

I guess the black jersey idea wouldn't be too bad.

Umm....I don't think burgandy and black really mix.
I liked the anniversary ones. The darker...maroonish types. But instead of having the sphere, keep the original Redskin head logo.

Burgundy and Gold.....
Burgundy and White.....
Burgundy and Burgundy.....

Burgundy and Black just doesn't say Washington Redskins for me.
I never understood why NFL teams started wearing more black in their uniforms They use to be Teal and White down here now there's more black than anything. OK now I'm starting to understand ......

Jacksonville = Teal
B-more = Purple
Atlanta = Bright Red

Black was a good move for all of them however.....
The B&G = the Washington Redskins, those colors don't run and shouldn't be altered ....
White on White isn't bad :wink:

I really like the White on White combo, reminds me of highschool ball. I really do not like the black jersey thing for the Skins, it only suits some teams.

Man, how many different numbers has Taylor Jacobs worn?

88, 84, and wasnt he 86 last year?

But I wish we would use him more, he's good.

And to get back on topic I like the White jerseys with Burgandy pants (Away Jerseys) the best.

That black jersey looks like a high school jersey. I say go for it.

I dont like the white on white jersey. The black Skins jersey reminds me of the Chiefs black jersey. The white jerseys with burgandy pants are fine and I would like the Skins to wear the 70th anniv. jerseys in atleast one home game

I like the black jerseys but it would take some getting used to, My favorites are the white on white, and burgandy on burgandy, I would really like to see the Redskins where the old yellow "R" helmets sometimes

I say no to black jersey's, we would be copying to many other teams, our colors are burgandy and gold. I like the white jersey's with burgandy pants. I love the old burgandy jersy's with gold pants. Thanks NC43.

I like the traditional white on burgundy most of all. If we have an alternate uniform I think we should try using more gold. I like the 70th anniversary because of the gold pants but I feel that it's too similar to what we wear today. The jersey is just a darker shade of burgundy, that's all. I think the gold jersey and burgundy pants could be cool if it's done right though.

I believe I found it first (over a year and a half ago). But now the pic is a red X, so enjoy your glory while you can. :twisted:
