Minnesota - the offseason's most improved team?

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

Their defense is going to be much improved. It'll be interesting to see if Culpepper can duplicate his past success' without Randy drawing so much attention.
God bless our troops and Joe Gibbs.
We'll miss you, Joe.

Their D has gotten so much better (SMOOT). I think The Viks are going to Draft Mike Williams and move their #2 receiver to #1 and Put williams at #2. He will amass as much yards as he did with Randy. But again Randy missed a couple of games because of his injuiry and Culpepper did fine without him. So weel see what The Viks will have this season

Raiders haven't done too badly this offseason either. If Norval wasn't the coach... I might give Oakland the nod...
Sean Taylor was one of a kind, may he rest in peace.

I think it's the vikings hands down that's had the best offseason...their defense will be top ten if their D coordinater has any clue...they have two first rounders this year...they take mike williams with their first one, then with their second, they take a pass rushing D end to go along side Udeze and they become the team to beat in the nfc

IMO...

the vikings will never be a great team as long as mike tice is still the coach. he's, well, an idiot.

Yes...I think they will be much better without Moss...They will win their division and if they can play at home in the playoffs they'll go deep into the playoffs

Unfortunately for Minny (and especially Oakland), "Most Improved" doesn't win you any games by default.
I'd say Oakland's coach had the most improved team of ALL TIME in 2000...and barely got to .500 with it.

It will be interesting to see Minnesota next year. Ever since Tice got the head coaching job, he has tried drafted every year desperately trying to improve the defense. I think whether or not those players actually execute is another issue. I don't know if it's a matter of coaching or the players being stupid, but during some games it's almost as if the defensive players don't know where they are supposed to be. I personally like Mike Tice but think its about time that they win the division.
