He's not on ESPN either...
Whats old Billy hiding! WHY ISNT HE ON THESE GAMES?
I want to beat him and see him frown on the sidelines after a victory for the Skins!

Basically he's a fruitcake.
But the real reason is that he probably didn't sign the stupid contract to allow your name to be in the game.
It's like the same thing LaVar Arrington used to do, remember they would just make call him like #59.
Barry Bonds does the same thing, In the baseball games his name is like Joe Young.
