I'd take Eric Heiden (and his ice skates), a 3rd round pick and four tickets to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for Gardner.

Sorry to ramble but i dont understand the whole Seattle thing. They have Bobby Engram, and 2 other good recievers. One of which who had a substance abuse policy issue last year but they are all really good. Maybee we can work out a trade. Hell, we had Dexter Manly and that was ok. Maybee we can get this guy some treatment.

I guess we should pack it in on Lemar Marshall playing MLB , as he is 29 years old and only has played one good season. (although he's only been in the league 3 season)

Not! Sometimes it's the system that makes the player and I could ramble off a ton of guys that are 28 years old, that still have a lot to prove. Also that's why I said Gardner for Steve & a pick because Rod is worth more.

If we could get a 2nd round pick that would be great. I think a 3rd is more likely though.

He would look great lined up with Keyshon on the other side. They could call it slow and slower.
