Antrel Rolle Pro-Day work out

Post by FatPat »

Here are the # on Antrel Rolle's Pro Day work out in Miami...

Rolle (6-0 5/8, 197) ran twice for times of 4.49 and 4.52. He had a 37-inch vertical jump, a 10-foot-3 long jump, a 4.01 in the short shuttle, an 11.43 in the long shuttle, and a 6.70 in the three-cone drill.

Not overwhealming but he does have nice size for a corner...

Those 40-times are aweful for a corner. I play D3 ball and I would venture to say that some of the receivers, corners, and some of our RB's can beat that. NFL DB's should run in the 4.3's at least to be a top 10 draft pick.

Yeah but are those faster corners in D3 6"3' and proven playmakers at the nation's top pro-producing school?

yeah, Antrell is not known as a speedy shutdown corner, hes more of a big physical guy.

I actually think those numbers are pretty good and if we end up drafting a CB, i would rather have him than Pac Man.
