jamie sharper released

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

Without having the Boss's knowledge of the cap I would say it would be tought to add him and still retain Smoot. Although Danny Boy always finds a way to do what he wants to. If it were an option, it would be worth exploring.

Remind us what position the man plays, please. The neame sounds familiar, but it also seems like he's "been in the league for a while" (old). Do we really want that?

Sharper would be a very nice replacement for Pierce, if he can make the transition to the MLB spot. Which I think he can, as he is a very solid LB. He is a tackling machine, has good pass coverage skills and is a team player.

I've watched him play for the Texans and agree he'd be a fine addition for the right price.
God bless our troops and Joe Gibbs.

I thought so but didn't want to say... just in case I was wrong. :)

I don't know who it will be on opening day, but it will not be Marshall.

Sorry JF....didn't see that.

What about the issue of Marshall being too small?
