The reason we can't restructure (Samuels' contract) is because there's already too much bonus money there... restructuring constitutes moving annual salaries into bonus money to lighten that year's cap hit... and CS' contract is already almost ALL bonus money... and that IS because he's already done two deals in the past to 'help' the team.
It doesn't need to be restructured... there's nothing left to re-structure. It needs to be extended... HUGE difference.
and help his team like these other BETTER players have.
