Drew Bledsoe A Redskin??

Post by BledsoeARedskin »

Bledsoe told ESPN that 5 teams want him as their QB..
Anyone think the Gibbs and the Skins are one of them?

Bledsoe could be the veteran that Brunell was SUPPOSED to be.

Trade Ramsey and, start Bledsoe, Brunell restructures to be the #2 QB or we cut him...

What do you think?

No way, we need to stick with Ramsey and let him grow. If we sign Bledsoe and trade Ramsey, it would prove that the Skins are nothing but a freaking chinese fire drill...

Ramsey is slow but Bledsoe makes him look like Michael Vick.

ROTFALMAO Ha! I haven't ever laughed so hard after reading a thread title.

The five teams that might be interested are: Cleveland, Dallas, Tampa Bay, Arizona, and Detroit.

The Redskins will not go after a QB unless Hasselbeck doesn't re-sign. Even if he does leave, it will be a third-stringer that we will look for.

Be nice, jake.

Leave the new guy alone and go make a mock draft or make fun of a Cowboys fan advocating the 3-4 as their return to glory.

That is the worst scenario I've heard yet. When bledsoe starts as a redskin, his recievers will be Micheal Westbrook and Freddie Mitchel. Oh and Rasham Saalam will come out of his hole and make a comeback. That's a move we need to make.

Dear God NO!!! Ramsey should be starter, no more of the quick fix. Teach Ramsey the ropes and he is the future starter for years.

"Bledsoe told ESPN that 5 teams want him as their QB..

No.

"Bledsoe could be the veteran that Brunell was SUPPOSED to be."

A year too late.

"Trade Ramsey and, start Bledsoe, Brunell restructures to be the #2 QB or we cut him..."

1) No way you trade someone on the way up to be stuck with 2 QBs on the way down.

2) No way is Brunnell restructuring. He should, but he still thinks he's that good and Gibbs is enabling that delusion.

3) No way can the skins cut Brunnell because of the salary cap hit that would produce.

You need to face facts like the rest of us skins fans. As much as we detest it, we are stuck with Brunnell. I only hope Gibbs learned a valuable lesson in this.

"What do you think?"

Line up the firing squad.

No Offense but this a the most chicken post I've ever seen.

Bledsoe a Redskin? Is that a contradiction or what. That and Brunell Restructuring.

It just wont happen. Its not even a possibility. If it is a possibility I want you to mark Febuary of 06 for the Buffalo Bills winning it all. Aight?

Impossible.

Bledsoe a Skin is like Tony Romo being Troy Aikman, it just wont ever happen.

If it does happen, burn me at the stake, but it won't because :

1)Bledsoe is a statue. Maybe worse than a statue. Maybe a guy with the mobility of a 90 year old man walking in molassas.

2) He's got a sharp arm. Great. But he's also, what 33? Yeah its Brunell part deux if he comes here.

3) Bledsoe, even though he passed for a bigillion yards, doesnt mean anything when you have the most average stats ever. Yeah he tossed a couple TD's, but also a few INTS as well. Maybe in a equal portion.

4) Lastly, and obviously, Ramsey is our starter. Do you not think Ramsey is good? He's 25. Bledsoe is a fossil by NFL Standards! While we're at it lets pursue Rodney Peete in a trade! Or bring D.Green back from retirement? (Well maybe that one) But nonetheless, its a risky move almost guarunteed not to work.

Alright. I'm done.

Bledsoe? My feeling is that he is better than Brunnell, absolutely, but that Ramsey is the QB. Gibbs will stick with Ramsey.

But the Cowboys, ooo, ouch, what a painful QB situation! Parcells -> Bledsoe. Makes sense, no matter what J. Jones says to the newspapers.

yeah man...that was just a bad start. You gotta change your name! It's hard to respect a person who thinks Bledsoe is superman. But that's allright.....I had a rough start on the board also.

You guys respect me now right?

Their is no way we sign Bledso he is going to be a backup and spot starter the rest of his career. We already have Brunell , who is going to be with us this year , then cut next June.

We made a mistake when we did not pick him up the first time (he was on the trade block from the pats). Lets not make another mistake, so no he should not be a skin.

Please, this guy isn't even close to PR. Bledsoe is at the end of his sordid career. And even if he was an option, we have too much money tied up in the QB position, Remember Bruny??

Nah. This guy put two "p" 's in the word 'suppose'.
Gambit would never do that. It would've been "supostabee" for him.

I think we better wait until we get into the 1,000 posts club before we ask that.

Neither of us might like the answer, currently.
