excrutiatingly close. It'll haunt them all offseason
Doesn't bother me anymore than the thought of them getting blown out. Sucky ending to an interesting game, but the good news is they won't have to blow up the roster and start over again. Here's to another run next year.

GF, I feel bad for you and certain other Philly fans who actually have some semblance of class (and a warped sense of humorGeneral Failure wrote:Primetime42 wrote:Trust me when I say it's better that they lost this way...

But the certain fans who have earned my spite...you know how I feel about those guys.

I personally don't care because I'm gonna convince Jerry Jones to boycott the HOF, while I go to Canton this summer with my Michael Irvin jersey

Yeah, I feel bad for you GF. It's the other Eagles fans that had me rooting against your boys. It was a lot closer than I woulda thought. The Eagles definitely came to play. The Eagles likely would have won that game if they had a better running game.
I look forward to a great competition for the division next season

Having Andrews back at guard next to Runyan will help a ton in the running game next year. And if Ritchie's back we'll have a solid FB again. It aught to be another fun year.

All I can say is screw the Iggles and there fans xept u GF
.
But Terrell Owens; This guy is buff as ****. He's a freakin monster when it comes to his strength. Man, he must work out a LOT. He has the strength, but two things he doesn't have,... maybe 3 things;
1) No balls, When he got manhandled by Sean Taylor & ran away like lil red riding hood.
2) No brain, Who in the right mind would play on a broken leg?? Instead of letting it heal properly??
3) No Iggles Lombardies to look at, never, ever, forever, ever, ever.... Close game!

As DEHog mentioned in another thread, Fred Dryer is still famous for his overcoming a broken leg to play in a Superbowl.
Ronnie Lott preferred to have part of a finger amputated--gone for life--than to miss any of the playoffs and (I think) the Super Bowl that year.
I don't like TO one bit, but you've gotta admit that his drive to play in what was possibly the biggest game of his career is admirable, not stupid.
I'm not sure that it was a big of a rish as the doctors were even saying--after all, he didn't wear any type of cast or even a brace, just shoes and socks.
As for the no "guts" statement, I disagree yet again. TO is a lot of things that I don't like, but he is as hard a worker and player as any other out there. And part of that is going over the middle, making blocks from time to time, and going at defenders. I see him doing these things.
. . . . .and now I'm off to take a shower after all that TO defending. . .

1. I wouldn't have let ST hit me either.
2. This statement is false because of #1 ^, he does have at least half a brain because he avoided ST. Most WR's run out of bounds if its right beside them. Now that faggot Stinkston is a candidate for #1.
I dont believe TO's injury was life threatening like the media made it out to be. You know the media has to make it sound bad so the drones will be interested, lol. You could tell that he wasn't as strong as usual when he was stiff arming guys. He's still very strong in his upper body but his legs are incredible.
The road to the number 1 pick gaining speed!
