we did? i always hated him. i wanted him killed (or at least cut) all season in 2003... he single-handedly cost us somewhere between 3-6 games. horrible, horrible football player. absolutely horrible. it absolutely boggles my mind that he is receiving so much praise all of a sudden.

Green has started to make his mark on the Cards, and they've accumulated a ton of talent. Their defense is solid against the run and not bad overall. If McCown can step up at QB, and they can find a decent RB, look for the Cards to challenge for the NFC West title. They did in '04 with a QB carousel and a 36 year-old RB.
I for one wouldn't mind seeing our former division mate beat up on that weak division.

God bless our troops and Joe Gibbs.
We'll miss you, Joe.

The Cards play hard all the time, but most players leave because they can't win. If they can win consistantly, maybe they can keep some of their good players. Once the new stadium is built and the new uniforms are made, they may be a much better team.
The team will probaly view themselves as the "new" Cardinals.
I mean if Nolan,Holmgren, and Martz, play the same way they are known too, you Never know...they Cards might make a bid for that Division.

I rest my case
Since Jake, NC and BTP did not take my challenge for a bet next season. I rest my case.
Daniel Snyder has defined incompetence, failure and greed to true Washington Redskins fans for over a decade and a half. Stay away from football operations !!!

Come on bring it on tough guys. I never thought I would place a bet on the Cardinals but I think they are really getting better. Surely not playoff material but NOT the laughing stock of the NFL.
So, What do you have to lose? Except a bet of course...

I hate all these new jerseys.
All the teams that have changed their jerseys in the last year or so have made the NFL look like Kiddie League.
The old Falcons looked way more "Dirty" Bird than these new sissy ones.
The old Bengals were one of my favorites, now they are the WORST in the league.
These Cardinal ones look girly.
Hopefully we never change our jerseys.
