His injury-plagued 2004 season now behind him, LaVar Arrington continues to focus on rehabilitating his injured right knee so that he is ready to participate in offseason workouts.

I am not sure where all of the anti-LaVar 'tude I have been seeing all over the forums is comming from. This guy is going to push our Defense to the #1 ranking next year.
I said this last year when all the talk was how we needed to upgrade our d-line or we would get run on all season. We have excellent run stopping line men. Washington and LaVar crash the edges. Taylor owns the hash marks.
LaVar is not going to be traded and he is not going to be benched for Marshall so we can all just stop with any of that nonsense.

I just can't wait to see LaVar take his rightful place as the most dominating defender in the league. If only he had good coaching and continuity from the get go, we would have seen the rare talent he is.
Hell, my girlfriend (who is not a football fan) who has been forced to watch the Skins every Sunday says "I only like to watch LaVar beacuse he looks like he plays faster than the other guys"
I concur.
