you know what BOSSHOG .... you can ban me if you want to but hell all you do is whine about doing this site and how hard you work at it ...... i F____ get it !!!!! if it's to much for you to do then don't do it ...... and once again you are out of your element commenting on something you don't know whats going on ....... NC43HOG & i have already talked about it and he said he would do it later on when i reached a certain number of post ...... and damn man you need to losen the hell up ...... we all understand you work hard and i or anyone else has ever questioned that ....so get over it !!!!!
First of all... I'm not really complaining at all... I'm stating facts.
And what i have issue with ISNT the work... it's the childish complaining and complete lack of respect for other's time and effort. The work I do happily... the BS I can do without.
Big deal... you've talked to NC and as a testament to how dedicated to the cuase he is... he said yes as he'd never deny anyone a request. But as far as being 'out of my element'... you make assumptions you have no right to make... what if I did know... and it was because NC had said that now he had people making requests that already had their 'big' avatars?

oh I see... the admin who tracks every post, every PM, has a staff forum to discuss EVERY detail... why would he know what's going on?
And why would I ban you? For disagreeing with me? Now you're casting false aspersions as well as making assumptions.
As for the rant... it was long, long overdue. The fact is BECAUSE there is so much effort to keep the site going... avatars are of absolutely NO CONSEQUENCE to me... we offer them only as a bonus. Frankly NC's time and talent are far better served in other capacities... Cartoons... new gfx for the site etc.
... and after reading your post... wow, did it ever change my mind.
Don't think for one second that since the season is over that we stop... we're busy pounding in the data for almost 300 draft prospects this weekend... top 10s... draft news... underclassmen news, combine info... traded picks and more so that the section can be ready for tomorrow. But if y'all think I'm in the wrong for not caring about the little pictures that go beside your names... so be it. I suppose I could can the whole draft section, and everything else that we're working on... and then we could all have even prettier pictures beside our name.
As for donations... why on earth should I feel sheepish about asking for them? I don't need two hands to count the total number of donations evver made... and TC has nearly filled one hand himself. It's the only thing we ask of our members for providing all the content we can... nodody here gets a dime... we're just trying to keep the site from costing us money as well as the time expended.
I guess that's pretty unreasonable of us.
