I agree, life will go on. Smoot has shown that he has what it takes to be a stud on our defense, but there is no way that he deserves the kind of money that (for instance) Champ Bailey was also asking for. He talked up how much he loves Washington over the course of the season, but if he loves the extra $$$'s more, and doesn't necessarily deserve them, then it could only mean problems to try and sign him. Luckily for us, Greg Williams is a genius.
