QB's and next year

Post by Redskins2k5 »

I'm sorry but we have the worst QB core in the NFL. Hell i'll take anybody else over Brunell. Ramsey is not a great quarterback because he makes too many bad choices in the pocket. EX. The pic against the Eagles which handed the Eagles the game. Three picks against the Giants in the first game. Two against the Bengals. It makes me think that we should of gone after Bledsoe when he was on the market. :x

The Redskins next year even though with a easy schedule, we wont go anywhere.

I remember when someone told that they would make a "I told you so" article when i said that we couldn't beat the Eagles(2nd game). Well i'll be making that article next year. The last 7 or 8 years we have just been terrible.

Ramsey will be alright as a starter next year...Brunell makes too much money not to be on the team atleast one more year...Hasselbeck is a free agent (so Tim is the only one that won't inpact the salary cap if he's not here)
We don't need another young QB which means you want a free agent
there's a bumper crop this year take your pick...

Hey guys, I'll always stick by peanut butter and jelly sandwiches!

But man, that damn peanut butters ticks me off! It's terrible! I'm allercig to peanuts! They STINK they make me break out in hives, but I still like them... except for when the peanut butter sticks to the roof of my mouth!

And what's with jelly? It's got this wierd texture to it, and I hate fruity tastes like grape and apple! YUCK! Peanut butter and jelly need to be outlawed and anyone who eats PBJs should be shot in the face!

But you know, I'll always stick with them!

i think Ramsey will only get better with more experience under his belt. He probably would'nt have thrown as many picks if he actually started at the beginning of the season instead of holding the clipboard. Looking at that list of available QB's we should be happy with Ramsey.

I think that they just really need to go back to the drawing board this off season and review the players as a whole. Everyone on the team really had screw ups this year. Who didn't? I can't think of anyone.

I'd like to see us draft Bryan Randall from VT. He has a lot of potential and could be a steal on day 2.

Are you not proud of the way the Skins played the Eagles? I am.

So, "I told you so". The victory was not there but you could almost taste it. The measure of a great team is not taken only by the amount of wins in a season. It is measured by the strength of their character, by the intensity of their play, and by their ability to fight against all odds.

Can you imagine yourself playing in a team 1 - 7? With your pessimism and quitting attitude you would have packed your bags and gonehome long ago. Not the Panthers with many injuries and all. The story of this team this season, win or lose, is admirable. They never quit. They were not pessimists. The -FEW- fans that stuck with them through thick and thin can call themselves -CORE- fans. They should be proud and happy.

Are you ready to become a -CORE- Washington Redskins fan?
Daniel Snyder has defined incompetence, failure and greed to true Washington Redskins fans for over a decade and a half. Stay away from football operations !!!

The Chargers will franchise Drew Brees. If I had to pick from the guys on the list it would be Mike McMahon,Detroit or Kelly Holcomb, Cleveland . They would still just be backups to Ramsey.

To blame the the Dallas loss on Ramsey is ridiculous. The D was uncharacteristic, or recievers suck I don't care what anyone says, The first int. wasn't even Ramsey's fault it hit the guy in the numbers, and our O-line and Portis blew ass. Get a clue. Young Qb's take time to develop look at Pennington he didn't do jack for 3 years, same with Brees, about 90 percent of Qb's didn't do anything until there 4th year. Please go route for someone else. That would be great if you would.

I really hope you are kidding about Holcomb. He is TERRIBLE. I know you just said that he'd be backing Ramsey up, but I'd rather have Timmy back there instead. Holcom could't with the job outright from Couch, who isn't even in football this year.

I agree as a starter he is not that good but if you remember he had some really good games as a back up the year the Browns made the playoffs. I think he will be a career back up.

why would you want him....?

he has proven this year he isn't a leader... that team has quit... both on the defensive and offensive side....

correct me if i'm wrong but doesn't the quarterback set the tone for the whole offense...?

stay away from Hasselbust....

the only player worth taking a risk on.. that was on that list is Mike Mcmahon DET.... he could turn out to te a Delhomme type guy....
See right now I'm on lettuce... Pretty soon I'll be on fries... After that.. The grill... And after that... Comes Assistant. Manager.... and That's When the Big Bucks roll in!
