What is the job of a head coach?
If we hire an offensive coordinator, what will Gibbs main job be? If he doesn't call any plays will he basically just be in charge of making the rules in the lockerroom and schedule practices? What will his job be?
Let us all gather around and drink the

Answering all the retarded questions from the fans and media?
Sean Taylor was one of a kind, may he rest in peace.

Head coach always makes the final decisions. O-Coordinator calls the plays, but Head Coach gives the yes or no on how the organization is run. He also should hire an O-Coordinator with half a brain not a friggin QB coach from the 80's.

at least he's done a better job than spurrier.
but i wouldn't argue with another asst head coach offense, because bugel needs to head back to his home in arz. the line is just completley terrible. i don't know if its talent or what, but snyder has spent the $$$, the unit hasn't performed.

What's up. I use to live in Wilmington. It's a cool town. I've been one of the biggest Ramsey bashers here, but I don't think he's the problem now. I don't think any QB can succeed in our offense right now.madman wrote:everybody talks about how bad the line is but portis was about to get 1500 yards again.granted they have weaknesses why does everybody have so much faith in ramsey. please explain bc i would like to know?i dont see it.

Joe Gibbs brings organization to what was a major cluster**ck.
He will not have high turnover this off season.
Won't be signing a lot of high priced free agents just because they are free agents
Won't be a revolving door of coaches
won't have players forced on him by management
He is putting a system in place that will produce winners
He told us when he came back don't look for too much too soon
He's the President and Coach and has final say on all player related matters. "The Danny" is getting his money's worth because no one is blaming "The Danny" for what is happening
This time last year we were calling for his head but no one is doing that now ...It's a start

The only offesnsive coordinator I would imagine bringing back is Dan Henning. Yes, another retread from the '80s, who helped invent the offense, and to win two of the three super-bowls. Oh, and he coaches the offense at Carolina, a decent team.
These are no a bunch of slobs.
Bugel spends most of his time with the OL.
Seems good to me.
