bingo.... draft CB... if we add another stud to the secondary... we truly will have a d that can totally dominate... b/c teams target walt harris now... and he doesn't have my confidence as a solid nickel corner.......

Walt Harris is the only health CB we have right, Springs is just coming back from his concusion, and Smoot and Jimoh got hurt today....
With all the DBs that have been hurt this year
We would be drafting a need if we took a CB

But DL is a bigger need...but not as much as the O line

Here's my take on the Skins for 2005...just 9 things:

1) Either get Samuels to take a pay cut or trade or cut him. He is NOT worth 9 mil a year.

2) Trade their first round pick for a later pick in the first round and a late second round pick -- draft an offensive guard with their new 1st round pick.

3) Draft a WR with their new 2nd round pick.

3) Get a center with the 3rd round pick or get a FA center.

4) Find a big back to do the short yardage stuff, either with the 3rd rounder or through FA.

5) Trade Gardner for a 3rd rounder -- he's due to make 2.5 mil, he ain't worth it.

6) With the new (Gardner) 3rd round pick take a CB.

7) Find a big blocking TE

Keep the team basically intact...don't change out 30 guys again.

9) MAKE Gibbs hire an offensive cordinator

Thoughts?

6) Cut Wynn and have him take his helmet with him.

The SKins need O-Lineman to replace Dockery and Raymer, WRs, big back for short yardage
