a HANDOFF is not a LATERAL (we got a TD stolen by refs)

Talk about the Washington Football Team here. Do you bleed burgundy and gold?

I would be just like you right now if the officials had given my team two victories.

look people, i'm no longer saying it was a bad call. if that is the rule, then the refs called it correctly. my point is, the rule itself makes absolutely no sense.

what is a hand-off considered "forward" from? it is still touching Player 1 when Player 2 makes contact with it, so how can it be considered "forward" from Player 1?? it is a part of Player 1, it is equal with Player 1. it is not passing forward beyond Player 1.

so please, someone explain to me how there can possibly be such a thing as a "forward" hand-off. it can only be "forward" if it's a pass of some sort, passing through the air FORWARDS beyond Player 1.

therefore, no hand-off should ever be considered illegal.

We've had plenty taken away buddy. Don't give me that crap.

You're all a bunch of whiners. Wanna go back to that game in DC? How many stupid calls went your way?

Let's see, the Portis long catch...that wasn't a bad call, oh no, no bad calls go in YOUR favor.

The personal foul on Wiley when his hand came on Brunell's head...not questionable at all.

I'll even go into other games Cowboy Land...the game against Philly on Monday night...Dallas only down by 14, 3rd down, Eagle Territory, Dallas had the momentum it seemed. Stop the Eagles, get the ball back, and score, it's a 7 point game.

John Runyan literally tries to make love to Greg Ellis' legs....but no call. McNabb throws a first down, Eagles score, game goes to crap.

You're right NOTHING has gone Dallas' way this season. We should all send fruit cakes to the officials this holiday season.

Quit yer whining.

First off, I would agree with you that the officiating this year is poor league wide. I know that we have had SOME calls go our way; namely the two you mentioned. However, those were not score changing calls that would chage the entire complexion of the game. But still, the officiating overall sucks this year for everyone. The "officials" can never seem to be consistant.

Secondly, you shold've asked me about Morgan (your sig). I'm here in Ohio and see PLENTY of Browns games. They've been wanting him out of here for quite some time. I don't really know how good Bryant is, but I do know that he is an improvement for the Browns, though they need a LOT more than him. But I do love you new sig....the first one I've ever seen that I liked.
You'll always be remembered Sean. R.I.P.

the poor officiating is definitely league-wide. but the redskins have now had THREE games literally taken away by the refs (dallas, green bay, 2nd philly game), whereas the cowboys have had at least two games literally handed to them (washington, seattle). with even ONE of those games back, we'd have a decent shot at the playoffs. TWO of them back, we'd PROBABLY be going. THREE back and we'd be practically guaranteed! this is just outrageous. now, some crappy team that won't even compete will be in while our awesome D sits at home watching on TV.

Hey Primetime!

That was a nice catch Keyshawn Johnson made OUT OF BOUNDS against the Seahawks. Was that under two minutes left or just over two minutes left?

WHO WON THAT GAME?

The day we traded AB, I almost cried. Fred Smoot might have thrown a party. I said we traded a future star WR for another whipping boy named Quincy.

Bryant had attitude problems, but he would definitely have helped us in certain games this season.

I'm still pissed about it. Get rid of this guy.

Go watch the replay

Had the defender not been there to push Keyshawn, would he have come down in bounds? Yes, so it's a TD.

You are just blinded like Al Michaels. :D
